ACCEPTANCE

This website is operated by The Papercraft Company and by placing an order with us you agree to the terms and conditions contained herein.

We do everything we can to make using our site a safe and pleasant experience.

Pictures on our website are for guidance only and whilst we endeavour to be as accurate as possible, colours and images may vary.
Please also be aware that whilst we aim to keep stock levels on the site as up-to-date as possible, we cannot guarantee the availability of any items.
Unfortunately , we do not back order items that are out of stock and would ask that you re-order at a later date.

OPENING HOURS

Our on-line store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We are contactable by e-mail or telephone between 9.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. Monday - Saturday.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

Please note that there is a minimum order value of £5.00 excluding post and packing.

PRICING

The price you pay is the price displayed on the website at the time you place your order with us.
However, there may be a few exceptions:

a) If a manufacturer raises the price of an item unexpectedly we will check with you to ascertain whether you still wish to receive the item at the new price.

b) Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible to permit you the option to purchase it at the correct price or cancel it. If for any reason we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as a cancellation and if you have already paid for the goods you will be refunded in full.

All prices quoted are subject to change without notification, are in £ sterling, and include VAT (where applicable) at the current prevailing rate of 17.5%.

PAYMENTS

We offer secure online ordering and you may be confident that your details will remain completely confidential.
Please note that we do not receive a copy of your details under any circumstances.

If you are concerned about passing your personal details over the internet, you can telephone us to order your goods, then send us a cheque made payable to The Papercraft Company.
Your order will be despatched when the cheque has cleared.
