DESPATCH
We aim to pick and despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Deliveries are handled either by Royal Mail First Class delivery service or by a specialist carrier depending on the size and weight of the goods ordered.
Postage charges shown apply to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland only.

We make every effort to ensure our packaging protects your precious papers, cardstock, etc. and goods are sent out in pristine condition. However, very occasionally items do get damaged in transit and unfortunately we cannot accept liability for this. If this does occur you must contact the Post Office immediately. It will be helpful to your claim if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening.
RETURNS
We want you to be delighted with every purchase from us as complete customer satisfaction is our aim.
If you find that an item isn't quite what you expected then we aim to offer you a suitable replacement item, a credit note or a full refund.
In this event please ensure that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of order to discuss your requirements and obtain a return authorisation number.
In the rare event of faulty goods being received, please contact us immediately to obtain a return authorisation number.
Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
We will refund reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of goods.
Prior to returning any item please e-mail sales@thepapercraftcompany with the following details:

Address
Contact telephone number
Item you wish to return
Reason for item being returned.
Please note that in all cases other than the receipt of faulty goods the item(s) must be unused, unopened and in perfect condition for re-sale.
You will be responsible for the secure packaging and postage of the returned items.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt.
If you wish to do this you must contact us at sales@thepapercraftcompany.co.uk giving us your name, address, contact telephone number and order reference number.
Please note that you will be responsible for the secure packaging and cost of the return postage unless the items have been sent to you in error.
Once we have received the returned items in a satisfactory condition a refund will be issued.
